Study Skills – turning information into deep knowledge

Study SkillsIf you want to improve your results, you will have to actually work towards a specific goal. It’s never too late to learn how to study – establishing a regular pattern is much more beneficial than last minute cramming. If you don’t give yourself time to understand ideas and concepts, or rush to memorise facts just before an exam, you are simply relying on surface information. Using a range of strategies over time means that you will develop deep knowledge that is more successfully retained.
